Bill Shanahan is Vice President /Chief Financial Officer for NNEHIF. As well as coordinating the financial and managerial aspects of the organization, Bill is also actively involved in acquisitions.
Prior to joining NNEHIF in December, 2000; Mr. Shanahan spent over ten years as Director of Development /Chief Financial Officer for Realty Resources Chartered, a Maine-based for-profit developer of affordable housing.
