Jack Peduzzi joined NNEHIF in July, 2002 as Investment Officer, a position responsible for coordinating NNEHIF's acquisitions, asset management, and policy roles. Before joining NNEHIF, Jack worked in the non-profit affordable housing field in Vermont. His experience in housing over the past decade includes: Executive Director of the Lamoille Housing Partnership, Inc. (a non-profit developer of affordable housing), Paralegal with the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, Financial Director for a woman's emergency shelter, and self-employed Affordable Housing Consultant.
Mr. Peduzzi has a long history of working for non-profit organizations, including two overseas assignments, one of them with the U.S. Refugee Program (American Council for Nationalities Services) in Singapore and Indonesia. Jack earned a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
