Kelly Campbell joined NNEHIF in January 2007. As Asset Manager, Kelly works closely with portfolio and property managers to ensure the timely completion of financial reporting. In addition, Kelly shares responsibility with the Senior Asset Manager for compliance for NNEHIF's real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining NNEHIF, Ms. Campbell was a Regional Manager for Housing Management Resources, Inc. where she oversaw a portfolio of 12 properties in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Kelly has received several industry certifications including Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and National Compliance Professional (NCP). Kelly works with NNEHIF clients to understand the complex interaction between LIHTC compliance requirements and the restrictions of other subsidy programs.
